5I loved this product but I recognize it’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. The product In itself is a bit odd. The texture is a grainy paste feel. It smells strongly of roses with a hint of cocoa or some nuttiness. I have thick hair and divide my hair into 4 parts then rub this “mud” on the edges of the 4 parts. I use my fingertips to massage the mud in and it transforms into the shampoo. The site describes the shampoo as “foam” and I can get behind that. It’s a very thick lather. Frankly, the whole process feels fancy. The only issue I had when first using this product was that I put too much “mud” on and it was difficult to rinse all the “foam” out. After use, I used the coordinating conditioner. This is a volumizing product. So don’t expect your hair to be silky smooth afterwards. But it does leave your hair with a good texture for styling, which I prefer. I did notice some lightening of my old balayage too (though that may be from my more frequent daily runs?). It also leaves your hair clean for a few days. I’m very pleased with the product. Even though it appears like a cup of mud, I would say it’s a functional product and I may buy this again.
New fav shampoo
5I have a sensitive scalp and am always tentative about trying new hair products but was excited to try something that would add body and volume to my hair, and boy was this shampoo perfect! It was an interesting texture to get used to but I am in live and will continue to use and would recommend!

5This shampoo has become my new favorite. I love the texture of it. After using it my hair has volume and doesn’t look weighed down by oil or grease. It works for my naturally oily hair. And the smell is ridiculously good! All around great product
My new obsession
5This is my new favorite product I use in the shower. The clay yo foam formula is really cool and I feel like it helps really cleanse and exfoliate my scalp. The scent is wonderful and long lasting. I’ll find myself catching wigs of it throughout the day. I love it so much!!

3Ok sooo, first off I received this complementary Influenster And Christophe Robin. This is definitely a clarifying shampoo imo. It does get the hair and scalp very clean. My hair felt so dry, brittle, and just over all lacking when I got done shampooing. Luckily when I got the conditioner on it made it feel a little better. Yes the hair had a little more volume, but my hair always does when my scalp is super clean. I could be crazy, but I feel the conditioner made my hair weighted. It smells great though. Definitely pros and cons. I haven’t used it enough to see long term benefits, so I’m looking forward to that!
Takes a while to get the hang of this product
5I purchased this paste at Costco. Wow, is this ever different than anything else I've used!! I do believe I used too much the first time. I panicked because my hair felt so dried out, so I used regular moisturizing shampoo to get the paste out. My hair felt extremely tangled and dried out. I then used a mask in my hair and left it on for about 5-10 minutes. I style my hair with the Dyson Airwrap Styler with curls and WOW did I have volume!!!! I thought about returning this - but do believe I used too much, so I want to give another try because my hair looks and smells amazing!

5You guys... This shampoo is life! I received this complimentary from Influenster however, I will be honest with you & tell you how wonderful it is. I have straight, fine hair & after just 1 use my hair feels & looks amazing. It is easier to detangle after wash, more voluminous & shiny. After blow drying, it looks like I just came from the salon! I love this stuff. Simply amazing!

4This was my first time trying a clay to foam shampoo. It was interesting. I did add it by sections to make sure a got everything. It foams right up with water and it does clean my hair. However it did leave my hair tangled and dry but it was fixed with their conditioner. I always use conditioner so it's not something I mind. My hair felt great after it did not feel grimy or tangled, but my hair was shiny and my curls were defined! I did receive these products complimentary to review but opinions are my own.

5Seriously the most amazing thing I’ve used for my hair, I love the way it foams up and washes my hair and how weightless my curls are after and SO bouncy and shinny! i let my hair air dry and didn’t need anything else!
