Scrub is good.

Quarantine hair check! I haven’t straightened my hair in forever! I was given this beautiful volume scrub and conditioner to review. Straight out of the box, the scent of rose was so strong! If you don’t like the smell of roses, forget about it! The price point seems a bit high until I used them. This is my second wash with these, the scrub is great, my scalp doesn’t have buildup, no flakes, after 2 days when I usually have oily roots, my roots look great. It suds up a lot, very exfoliating. If it wasn’t for the very strong rose smell, it would be way more therapeutic. The conditioner is still a floral scent. It’s really light, my hair needs way more moisture than this gives. It dried my mids and ends out so much that it took me twice as long to straighten my hair because it was so unmanageable. I actually had to grab my coconut oil and slather some on my ends. I will try the scrub with @amika velveteen conditioner and hopefully that will be a lovely balance. Cleansing paste

I was gifted this cleansing paste from Influenster. I loved the concept of paste and the strong floral smell. It worked great leaving my hair silky, and smooth after use with the shampoo and conditioner. One thing I wish was more volume. I feel it left my hair a more slick look than volume.

I received this product complementary from Influenster for testing purposes. I was thrown off by the color at first. But it has a great fresh scent. A little goes a long way as well. It cleansed and softened my hair. Overall good product.

I was very surprised about this item! It’s very fun to use, starts as a scrub/paste and turns into a foaming lather shampoo. I loved how much body it gave my hair and I absolutely love the smell! Would definitely recommend!

Lots of volume

I have very fine, dirty blonde hair with highlights. I have little to no volume on a regular day and my hair gets really oily after a day of no washing. The packaging is very clean looking and cute. I liked the pink details. The Volumizing paste is a deep brown color and feels similar to a scrub. It has a rose scent but I didn't find it overpowering. It felt a little strange putting it in my hair at first but it foamed up easily and a little went a long way. This gave me a lot of volume when I blew my hair out! Great scent!

This is my first time using a solid shampoo instead of the usual bottle of liquid so I was a bit skeptical at first. However, this product turned out to be so easy to use!! The clay really helps to exfoliate my scalp and break up all the dead skin cells up there. The rose scent is simply heavenly and it awakens my senses!

A must for humid months

This is similar to the scalp scrub, but with the added “volume” aspect, which essential gives hair more grit and hold. Less squeaky clean, more like thoroughly cleaned but still going to hold a tease for days! The scent is lovely, rose. The consistency is similar to the brand’s other scrub. It’s not an abrasive scrub, a little goes a long way, and suds up easily with small contact of water. I think this is great for someone with flat hair, or for humid months! My hair struggles to hold a style in the southern summers, this will be my go to!

I was very skeptical On trying a shampoo that looks like a body scrub. But let me tell you I was so impressed. The paste really left  H scalp and hair feeling and smelling so fresh. Not to mention the fragrance is amazing rose scented, my favorite. I really loved this shampoo and you didn’t need a lot of product either.

So much volume!

Obsessed with this unusual texture for a shampoo that gives me so much volume!!! I used the conditioner as well and left them both on for about 2 mins before rinsing. Definitely great for fine hair that usually falls flat!

Although the smell is absolutely amazing and the paste consistency is a welcome change from the normal everyday shampoo, the final product is not worth it. You get volume but you also get extremely dried out hair even when you follow the shampoo with the recommended conditioner. I would only be able to use this on special occasion. Hair type - thick, color treated.
